Meanings of words fascinate me. Looking at the definitions of "cove" reveal my vision for Kove's Cove, to encourage you to find refreshing and refuge for fellow sojourners.
Cove, n. a small inlet, creek or bay; a recess in the sea shore, where vessles and boats may sometimes be sheltered from the winds and waves.
Cove, n. an inner room, a den, a cubby.
Sojourner n. a temporary resident; a stranger or traveler who dwells in a place for a time.
As a Christian I am a sojourner, only traveling through my time on earth to eternity with God. You are a fellow sojourner on your way to eternity. How closely we travel depends in part on where you are going. On the journey things are often stormy. We need shelter, refuge. Our place of refuge should be a place where we can be refreshed. God is both refuge and refreshing. I hope through Kove's Cove you will be encouraged to experience Him for yourself as I share my lessons learned. I hope you are traveling on God's path with me.
